The kuber dev, the diety of treasures, has been reincarnated and as per my research he is a foreigner. He is extremely wealthy, respected, reputed and has transformed the world in a positive way. Think logically, He was born in Treta Yuga, and The Ravana stole his wealth as Ravana was very powerful, but kuber somehow became wealthy again. Later in Dwapar Yuga, there are stories about kuber dev. And now he has reincarnated again.

🌟 From Italy to Legacy: A Lesson in Planning and Protection 🌟 Every year, I have the incredible opportunity to explore the enchanting landscapes of Italy. One particular day stands out vividly in my memory: I found myself wandering through a centuries-old Processo vineyards, mesmerized by the meticulous care and attention given to each vine. The beauty of the vineyard wasn’t just in its sprawling views but in the thoughtfulness embedded in every detail—from the ancient techniques passed down through generations to the careful pruning of each vine. As I watched the vineyard’s stewards, I couldn’t help but draw parallels between their dedication to nurturing their legacy and the work I do here at Legacy Tax Advisors. Just as these stewards ensure that each vine contributes to a thriving harvest for future generations, I help entrepreneurs lay down the foundation for their own enduring legacies. In Italy, I learned that planning is not merely about the immediate—it’s about envisioning the future and making deliberate choices today to ensure that vision is realized. Just as the vineyard is a testament to generations of careful planning and foresight, our financial and estate planning strategies are designed to safeguard your legacy and protect your family from the complexities of probate court. The vineyard's success isn’t accidental; it’s the result of consistent effort and thoughtful preparation. Similarly, protecting your wealth and ensuring your family’s security requires proactive planning. Trusts aren’t just legal tools—they are the means through which we translate our values and intentions into a legacy that endures. So, as we craft your trust and plan for your future, let’s channel the same passion and care that the Italian vineyard stewards invest in their vines. The richness of your legacy deserves nothing less. 🌿🍇 Remember, just as every grape contributes to the wine's character, every choice you make today shapes the future of your family's legacy. Let’s make sure it’s a legacy worth celebrating. Here’s to crafting a future as rich and enduring as the Processo vineyards! 🍷✨ Comment "TRUST" for a free 15-minute Discovery Call with a licensed attorney 🙌 #LegacyPlanning #EstatePlanning #WealthManagement #Trusts #FamilyFirst #ProactivePlanning #FutureFocused #ItalyInspiration #LegacyTaxAdvisors

Ngā mihi o te rā o Waitangi. City Centre reflections. Āpihai Te Kawau and other Ngāti Whātua ariki and rangatira signed the Manukau-Kāwhia sheet of the Treaty of Waitangi on 20 March 1840 at Manukau Harbour. This sheet was in te reo Māori. In today's pokapū tāone/city centre, one result of the ambition or vision that followed the signing, was the invitation to Governor Hobson to settle here and establish a capital, by providing 3000 acres via the process of Tuku Whenua. This occurred at Te rerenga-oraiti/Point Britomart, (now Emily Place reserve). The stated vision for this was a partnership between two races, working together for the prosperity of both. Once the owners of more than 80,000 acres of land, Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei saw their holdings reduced to a quarter acre urupā. Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, locals and residents, now join annually on 18 September at various spots (including in the city centre at Te Rerenga-oraiti/Emily Place Reserve) to commemorate the Tuku Whenua (and vision behind it), and the founding day of Auckland, 183 years since the establishment of the city’s original settlement. Looking forwards to a shared prosperity, without forgetting the past. https://lnkd.in/g4mtFKEV

Over the last 50 years, #Languedoc has lost 50% of its vineyard area (from 434,672 ha in 1974 to 213,800 ha in 2022) - although the decline has slowed over the last 10 years. However, Languedoc's vineyard area is still twice as large as Germany's or 60% larger than Australia's.

An insightful investigation by Forbes Hrvatska into the financial controversies surrounding Centili, a Serbian-British company once owned by the founders of Infobip. Despite claims of ownership transfer, questions linger over the substantial unpaid debts to clients, estimated at over five million euros. #BusinessNews #FinancialAnalysis #infobip #mobilepayments #centili #InfobipPartnersDay

Expert in technology for Ethical Brands - Solutions for Marketing, Sustainability and Governance professionals
Honoured to speak among such prestigious industry leaders. Really good and important discussion One of my take away messages. Is food and fibre changing- yes faster than ever. Human needs are largely the same but we have more data about that then ever before. How we use this will be important in the way we shape companies and revenue models in this country in the future. If we don’t recognize that we must reduce stocking rates while contending with increase costs at border or increased reporting / hygiene factors at border and for lending (read increase cost of goods sold). We will have trouble keeping up with the price points consumers need. Efficiency + innovation on revenue models … spoiler alert… that’s why we do what we do Backstory, help brands win on the cost side with technology and be smarter in market to win attention and trust.
Combining life sciences, creative people and engineering smarts to create food & beverage systems at scale.
Fantastic Food and Fibre event today in Christchurch. Thanks to ASB for organising the event and thanks also to our speakers Richard Wyeth , Chris Simcock , Melissa Baer , Olivia Ogilvie , Nicola O'Rourke

Among the seismic changes introduced by the French Revolution was the arrival of the Napoleonic Code - a set of laws that continues to impact property, including vineyards, across the country today. Specifically, it ensured equal inheritance among descendants, regardless of birth order or sex, overturning the previous ability to pass property to a single heir. The 1804 Civil Code packed a double whammy. Besides forcing equal division of inherited property, it allowed taxing the forced heirship at a high rate, which has varied over the decades. Sometimes, these laws have given us great estates. The origins of both Pichon Baron and Pichon Comtesse, for example, lie with Joseph de Pichon Longueville who built his estate into one of the most impressive properties in Bordeaux – and who in 1850 split it into two to ensure his children received their inheritance. His son Raoul was given both his share and that of his deceased brother in the form of 20ha of vines that became Pichon Baron. His three sisters Sophie, Gabrielle and Virginie received 30ha that became Pichon Comtesse. Keeping estates in families, however, became increasingly challenging, resulting in numerous estate buyouts by corporations, foreign and domestic, sometimes purchased by a single wealthy individual and sometimes by insurance companies or banks. This week, on #newcontentthursday, Charlie Leary (李嘉立) PhD takes us through the impact of this complicated system both on the big and small winemakers of Bordeaux. One winemaker tells him: “It’s crippling for estates that have difficulty selling their wines, because they can’t afford to set aside money to pay for future inheritance taxes.” Join us on Thursday to find out more. #frenchrevolution #napoleoniccode #winehistory #insidebordeaux #pichoncomtesse #pichonbaron #wineinheritance #subscribercontent #chateau #wineknowledge #charlieleary
