What the EU’s new due diligence law means for investors ⬇ A useful summary on the #CSDDD based on what we know so far about final text agreed in December. Technical details still need to ironed out before the text is officially published but it's clear that the #duediligence that portfolio companies will have to carry out as a result of CSDDD will reduce risks for investors and assist with their sustainability assessments.
