Founders: Here's why you need to stop seeing employees' personal brands as liabilities. When your employees share content related to your product from their profiles instead of your company page, you'll experience: - 10x more visibility - 10x more engagement - 10x more collaboration & - Leads converting 5x more These numbers aren't coincidental. Employees' personal brands: - Increase credibility - Humanize your company - Drive authentic marketing & - Build trust with potential customers So, embrace your employees' personal brands as asset, not liabilities. Repost to educate more founders! Oh and P.S. There's an opportunity to learn how to leverage AI for success in your organization (link in the comments) #LinkedIn #PersonalBranding #Founders #EmployeeAdvocacy #TechStartups #ProductManager #VVWITHMAO

Ghostbrander • LinkedIn personal branding for multi-passionate serial founders & entrepreneurs • Writing about personal branding, ancient philosophy, and self-discovery.
My advice for creating a brand messaging system that cuts through the noise? Ask yourself: "Is this what our customers need?" → Make your science the Guide, not the Hero → Clearly explain the problems you solve → Show how you solve those problems → Be succinct, empathetic, and credible The result: A powerful message that puts your customers first. P.S. 10 building blocks are needed to craft a brand messaging system for longevity biotech and health startups. Can you name one?

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝟳-𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗦 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆. I was working in a very tough and crowded market. You could say it was THE reddest ocean ever. There were a lot of competitors in play: agencies, startups, legacy companies, and lawyers. Brand protection. So, when the time came to bid on an RFP, I took my team and said: "How can we be different than the competition?" "How do we stand out?" I knew that everyone would go for the lower price. I didn't want to compromise on it. 𝗦𝗼, 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 - 𝗣𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦. We kept saying, framing, and thinking as pure tech, not as brand protection like everyone else. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻. My question is: why do companies go for lower prices vs trying to be different? Innovative? Trying to stand out? 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵. Is it easy? 𝗡𝗼𝗽𝗲. Is it convenient? 𝗛𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗡𝗢. Is it worth it? 𝟭𝟬𝟬% There is no Legendary Company if you are going for a lower price. You are just going to swim with everyone else gunning for scraps from the table. Watch an insert from a new episode of Expanding Horizons: How to Build a Legendary Company with Robert Hargrove where we discuss how to implement an innovation strategy. ----- I'm Mario Krivokapic and I talk about building and designing a Legendary Company. I remove complexity, guesswork, and frustration from the business growth process. | Strategy Advisor to Tech Companies & MSPs | Mid-Market M&A Architect | Founder of a Business Strategy Group for CEOs
𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬: 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 One of the fastest-growing trends on LinkedIn is studying successful thought leaders' posts and copying them. Some people use AI tools to rewrite these posts, while others simply lift them outright. The same troubling behavior is emerging in business, where competitors copy successful models and replicate offers down to the last detail. Copying others is fools gold. It seems like a shortcut to success. But in reality, it is a ride down a razorblade into irrelevance. Why? First, the copycats cannot deliver on their promises. When they replicate a business model or marketing strategy, they don't have the systems, expertise, or experience that the original business has built over time. This leads to unmet expectations and disappointed customers. The gap between what they promise and what they deliver grows as the demands increase, and eventually, their reputation collapses under the weight of those broken promises. Second, the pioneer will continually innovate faster than the imitators can keep up. Genuine thought leaders are constantly changing and evolving. They anticipate client needs, develop new products and services, and adjust in ways a copycat cannot replicate. By the time the faker copies a successful strategy, the innovator has already moved on. Success comes from staying ahead of the curve, not riding the coattails of someone else's work. In the end, originality always wins. Building your brand, business, or thought leadership from the ground up allows you to grow naturally and sustainably. Originality fosters trust, credibility, and long-term relationships—things that cannot be replicated. So what is the lesson here? If you want to work with an expert, ask for examples of successful work and business relationships, call those references, and do your homework. Don't put blind faith in someone whose only evidence of success is dozens of LinkedIn posts telling you what you should do.
