A joint venture with Country Garden, China's largest developer, this $100 billion project is part of China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Forest City spans 3,425 acres across four man-made islands, designed to be a futuristic, eco-friendly metropolis, with an expected completion date of 2035. 🌍🌿 Pitched as a "jade carved out of the ocean," Forest City embodies advanced 3D multi-layered urban planning, prioritizing sustainability. With vehicles relegated to underground roads to reduce air pollution, low energy consumption systems, and rainwater recycling, this development aims to balance luxury living with environmental responsibility. 🌱🚗 Phase 1 of Forest City includes a transportation hub, luxury hotels, waterfront apartments, a clubhouse, and even an international school. The city is set to offer a future of seaside bungalows, vertical greenery, and a landscape where green spaces blend into the built environment.
