The Braille Challenge is the only academic competition of its kind in North America for students who are blind or visually impaired. Braille Institute developed the Braille Challenge to motivate students to practice and hone their braille literacy skills, which are essential to academic and employment success. Any blind or visually impaired student in grades 1 – 12 who can read and write braille is eligible to participate in the Braille Challenge. All Contestants are divided into five categories and tested on fundamental braille skills such as reading comprehension, spelling, speed and accuracy, proofreading, and charts and graphs. https://lnkd.in/gxHJFh_g

So well said. I find that for leaders, there's often a tendency towards complete self-reliance. Being in a #Leadership position can add a certain amount of pressure to appear flawless, to know everything and always have an answer. But the truth is, the best leaders listen to those around them. They ask for help and collaboration. Not only does this help to find solutions faster, it helps to make those around you feel valued and important. #LeadershipPhilosophy #Collaboration

Kide lessons always start with a story: one of the characters is experiencing a tricky problem that they desperately need your students’ help with! Imaginary play like this evokes empathy, which in turn allows your children to turn into little investigators who are intrinsically motivated to find solutions to said problems.
