From $0 to a $1,000,000 🚀 How? This brand drove awareness off-platform BEFORE they even launched on Amazon. Tiktok, Meta, Influencer Marketing, Kickstarter..... Before we even kicked off ads, this brand had branded search volume. Why does this matter? Our customers had already been made aware of our products BEFORE they even decided to buy. 🔶 Tiktok videos showcased our superiority and drove shoppers to consider our product. 🔶 Influencer videos educated our audience on WHY our product was best. 🔶 Meta ads kept us top of mind. ⬇️ When customers made their way to Amazon to shop within our category, they were already familiar with us. We had a head-start from the get go. THIS is what helped us overcome the barrier of lower priced competitors with more reviews and better rank. --------------------------- How did we work together to make this launch so successful? 🔶 We knew customers were searching for us, but they didn't always have the easiest time finding us. Due to this, we built out campaigns specifically for targeting top of search only. These were built in a single keyword fashion so that we can turn them on and off as needed in order to balance out our RoAS expectations. 🔶 We layered in a strong re-targeting strategy to maximize the traffic we were getting. Having a higher price than the category, and less reviews at launch, we knew we needed additional touch points with the customer to close the deal. We created DSP campaigns that allowed us to retarget customers who had viewed our product but did NOT purchase, and campaigns targeting customers who viewed our competitors but did not purchase. Segmenting these two audiences was important for us to define incrementality. 🔶 Creative and brand was our advantage with this brand. This was how they stood out off-platform so we KNEW we had to maximize this on Amazon and play into the brand loyalty we had build elsewhere. Sponsored Brands and SBV absolutely crushed it for this brand from the get go! 🔶 One of the things we wanted to be careful of during this launch was branded vs non-branded performance. We did NOT want to just ride the wave of searches being driven from off-platform ads. We built all of our campaigns, and our reporting, to reflect what searches / ASINs were branded, as well as reporting on NTB. This helps us allocate budget as needed to hit the brands top-line goals.
