Schedule individual Recap Calls to get Sponsor feedback. You should guide this conversation with questions/prompts about their onsite experience, if they reached their goals, how many sign-ups they got, etc. This is also a great opportunity to get overall event feedback from the sponsors. Last week, we joined hands with our Rider Levett Bucknall #REACH community to commemorate Race Equality Week, guided by the theme of "Listen, Act, Change." 📢 Throughout the week, we took part in meaningful discussions and activities,emphasising the importance of listening as the first step towards meaningful change. We shared a powerful video highlighting microaggressions and the role of sponsors in championing diversity and amplifying voices in the workplace among other important topics. 📆 But our commitment to race equality doesn't end with the week. It's an ongoing journey that demands continuous action and advocacy. Every day, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard. 💬 As part of my #pledge following last week's events, I vow to speak for those who cannot speak up or may struggle to be heard I will use my voice to advocate for equity, challenge bias, and promote diversity in all aspects of our organisation.
