Future Proof = Fixed Wireless From the NTIA's recent Connectivity Report > Future Proofing The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) awarded a grant to Zayo Group, LLC for $48 million through its Enabling Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure (Middle Mile) Program for infrastructure in Oregon as well as parts of Nevada and California. Despite not operating its own network, Cell C has long argued that it is not simply a high-level MVNO because it has its own spectrum.
