Here's a list of "crucial" metrics I don't focus on: • Click rate • Open rate • Reply rate • Spam rate • Opt-in rate • Unsubscribe rate • Click through rate And here's a list of metrics I focus on: • ROI • Conversions • Client retention It keeps me sane :) P.S. Not saying all of these metrics don't matter. Just saying that ROI is the most important metric and if we have that, everything else is secondary.

We ran a great New Client retention Workshop yesterday which went really well! To recap: We started with the importance of using a client counter. How many clients? How many Newbies and how much one impacts the other? We discussed Who looks after your new client and replaced "whoever is available" with the "New Client Expert" and provided them with a tool kit to get the job done beautifully. Then we introduced The Concierge form and concierge based Consultation so that you and your team are able to follow a plan when looking after every new client. The New Client sequence. How to reduce agency client churn and improve profitability? I have no idea how to do it (😏), so I asked 5 6-figure agency founders to share their perspectives from the front line! Thomas Oben: We ensure client retention by maintaining transparency, setting clear goals, offering flexible and scalable service packages, actively seeking feedback, and incentivizing long-term contracts.
