Last month, the health system's hospitality services team was named Employer of the Year by the National Down Syndrome Congress at its annual convention in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff Novorr, vice president for hospitality services, was in attendance to accept the award. Making the moment even more special, it was presented to him by one of his own employees: Rachel Mast, a patient greeter in the patient transport services department. Hospitality Services includes the following departments: Dining Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping Services, Linen Services, Patient Support Center, Patient Transport Services, Valet Services and Volunteer Services.
