To do this questions you have to keep asking yourselves as leaders; Do you pour into your team daily? Are you showing them what it means to serve others first before themselves? Are you making them uncomfortable in a way that is helping them grow in every aspect of their life? Is the environment giving them opportunity to learn and adapt and grow? #ServingOthers
