THE RELIEF OF STRUCTURE I woke up a few days ago to see a message by my assistant and the team that manage the organized Small Business Academy. They were just given feedback of the goals, the activities from the previous day, some important challenges they had faced and how they had addressed it and how they will continue to address it the next day. They were reviewing our marketing process and pointing out some loopholes and how they were going to improve it and what they were already doing and what they will do next. I woke up to see that information and smiled. I smiled because everything that came from that report happened without me. I felt the relief of having structure, the relief of not being the one doing everything, doing the thinking, identifying the problems and finding the solutions to them. This happens in the Organized Small Business Academy , It happens in Excel Suites. It happens in Excel and Grace Consulting. It also happens in Grace Kapital. Structure allows other people identify and solve problems, even in your absence. That's what I call the relief of structure. #TheSurgeon
