My family has beat average metrics in this area since the colonial period and perhaps earlier. My grandma turned 90. My grandpa will be 89 this year. 🤔 They have relatives who are in their 90s and 100s. Our ancestors frequently lived through their 80s, having been born in the 1700s and 1800s. Brain heath matters!
