Executive teams seeking to drum up morale would be wise to incorporate an operational plan rooted in employee wellness. The Mind, Body, Spirit approach to handling staffing gripes will ease tensions, educate the team, and encourage ongoing learning through organizational training sessions. Whether it's a health program dealing with exercise and diet, a policy that encourages employees to obtain higher education degrees or certificates, the point here is to show everyone that they do matter. Job hopers may have decreased but that doesn't correlate to productivity metrics.

WSJ, there’s a big typo in your headline. Maybe your proofreader is feeling stuck.

If you're feeling stuck in your job, have you told your boss so and asked for something new and challenging? If your employees are feeling stuck in their jobs, are you keeping them engaged, using their talents and abilities to the maximum benefit, or are you just surviving day to day?

Feeling stuck is an opportunity. In most cases, it means that you have intellectually and professionally ceased to grow due to circumstances which have to do with internal lack of mobility or general market entropy. This means you have an opportunity to reflect: What do you want? What do you need to do to get what you want? Does that wanting include what you want in your relationships and self-development outside of your professional life?

please save us: No network & no electricity in Bangladesh right now. It's a complete intentional blackout by the government. A massive clash in going on with the students and the government forces. Rest of the world lost connection with Bangladesh. No one knows what is happening there right now. We can't contact our friends and families there. This is beyond stressful. Something terrible might be happening there. We are Bangladeshi students. We need international intervention.Right now police are attacking our unarmed brothers and sisters in universities without any reason. They have blocked their mobile network as well. Please help our students ..Bangladeshi students urgently need international support. #SaveBangladeshiStudents 🇧🇩🙏 #SaveBangladeshiStudents #ALjazerra #Bbcnews #CNN #TheWashingtonPost #TheNewYorkTimes #TheGuardian #BBC #AlJazeeraEnglish #TheWallStreetJournal #CNBC #DhruvRathee #UnitedNations #NewYorkTimesOpinion #ABCNews #NewYorkPost #ProjectNightfall #AbhiandNiyu #QuotaReformProtest #quota_movement #bdpolice_brutality #bsl_brutality #save_bangladeshi_students Please save our brothers and sisters🇧🇩

I can’t take this seriously with a title typo. I’m not sure if it’s reassuring bc it’s evidence of human journalism vs AI usage, or terrifying given that this is The Wall Street Journal… #standards #journalism
