I am not a super disciplined, early morning person, I need external motivation & sometimes also a Ted Talk to get that push. 2 years back when I started going to the gym, I was like: “Why spend ₹1500-₹2000 per session on personal training, just do it by yourself for free” But now, I am all up for spending on personal training. Whether you are at your peak or have never even stepped foot in a gym. Doesn’t matter! The cost vs the impact is crazy- be it consistency, discipline & most importantly daily motivation- it drastically helps. Cost: It can range from 10k—30k a month. { I have also tried ₹200 per session, it was good-it’s just the gym wasn’t great }. It’s a crazy experience just like how you spend on our beach trips!
