Our Economic, social prescribing (ESP) programme works by breaking down barriers that our customers face when trying to re-enter employment, education and training. Rather than just using traditional approaches like skills workshops or training, it makes use of creative, personalised solutions to people’s challenges. There are many reasons that people struggle to find work or learning opportunities besides a lack of skills or experience. They may be anxious about re-joining the workplace, or convinced they will fail, or just have no idea what they want to do. Psychological barriers like these are just as real, and ESP offers a way to address them. ESP, goes beyond skills workshops. Through events, one-on-one meetings, and expert-led workshops (both in-house and external), we address psychological barriers that hinder re-entry into the workforce or education. Our goal? Setting individuals on the path to independent, fulfilling lives beyond their current circumstances. #ESP #BreakingBarriers #Empowerment #CommunitySupport

#Employers Have you wondered why Employees Stay? "The Power of Purpose: Why Teachers Stay As we explore the reasons behind employee retention, one profession stands out for its unique blend of challenges and rewards: teaching. What drives educators to stay in the same school, often for years, despite the demands and stressors of the job? For me I stay because of my Students, my passion to work with young minds and teach them the right values. For teachers, it's about more than just a paycheck. Here are some reasons why they stay: - Making🍜 a Difference: Teachers are motivated by the opportunity to shape young minds and watch their students grow. My students are my inspiration. - Collaborative🤝👯♀️ Culture: Schools foster a sense of community, with teachers supporting and learning from each other. - Autonomy and Creativity🙇🙇♀️: Teaching allows for flexibility in lesson planning and delivery, enabling educators to bring their unique strengths to the classroom. - Continuous Learning📚: The teaching profession encourages ongoing professional development, ensuring educators stay updated on best practices and subject matter expertise. - Work-Life Balance🏋: Teaching schedules often align with family and personal commitments, providing a sense of harmony and stability. These factors also resonate with professionals in other fields, such as: - Nursing👩⚕️: Compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning drive retention among medical professionals. - Software🧑💻 Development: Autonomy, creativity, and continuous learning motivate developers to stay in their roles. - Social Impact: Professionals in non-profit and social impact sectors are driven by purpose and the desire to make a difference. By understanding what motivates teachers and other professionals to stay, organizations can create environments that support and retain top talent. Share your thoughts! What motivates you to stay in your role? Let's explore this further! #TeacherRetention #EmployeeEngagement #EducationMatters #PurposeDriven
