#ajaybanga , Great speech Mr Banga ,just not only impressive but convincing too . 👍 I completely agree with your diagnostics about the what ails the institution… your suggestion for Speed over sluggishness and Simplicity over complexity of the process . Also the fact that WB is just not the bank for bucks but also for the knowledge capital …. Few suggestions as remedies to the above - Do GatiShakti as India has done leveraging technology and tweaking of the mandate of existing institutions which is enabling “Whole of the Govt “ approach . Through this initiative the GoI has been able to ensure intense and effective communication among the related specialists verticals without disrupting or dismantling the latter . It is able to bring in not only the desired speed and simplicity but has also increased the quality of decision making … - regarding the knowledge capital of the WB which is surely a rich repository but I think it requires to be enriched further with the deeper knowledge of the not so rich national as your clients . Je pense ke d âpre ce que j ai entendu ce genre de conférence perte du temps. D abord il faut s apuer la ou il est mal ce distribuions de risses mondial partialité, essayer d enlevé ce qui ce passe dans le monde 🌍 que 5% qui tien ce 95% doit utiliser. Et interdire le gaspillage de l argent par les milliardaires en logeant dans hôtel et payer 10000$ dans un nuit or nous avons des millards des personnes qui son faims. Se focaliser et d eneantir les guerres dans ce mondes tous les pays pauvres ont des risses mais vous crayez des guerres de tel sorte les peuples la ne profite pas de ses richesses ce honteux. Je pense que ce impassable qu il yait des billions des dollars dans les banques et la totalité de la population monde ne même pas 8 milliards d individus ce honteux ce la veux dire y’a quelques chose qui cloche quelle que part.
