IVF Specialized Nurse -- I help busy career professionals, couples who want to start a family, with special fertility treatments and protocols. Help aspiring parents who want babies, but with an extra little help.
It has recently become a very hard thing to do. It is now like a herculean task for a lot of people. The concept of enjoying the process over the achieving of the results. Take for instance, I want a dish of Pounded Yam and Egusi soup (a dish valued by the Yoruba tribe) for lunch. I understand all the process it will take for me to get to the final outcome -- enjoying my meal peacefully. Also, I know the processes cannot be fast tracked. I cannot influence it. All I just have to do is to enjoy the process. Enjoying the process might not always be smooth sailing and full of excitement. Infact, it's like the ride in a rollercoaster. Let me be frank with you. If you don't enjoy the process, what makes you think the destination will be enjoyable? However, falling in love with the process is not something that just happens. It requires deliberate action. You decide what to do. It takes more than a You-ability, but more of intentionality. Since life doesn't begin when you get to a better place, every instant of life is happening right now. Enjoy the process of building your personal brand. Enjoy the process of optimizing your profile. Enjoy the process of pitching yourself out there. Enjoy the process of celebrating others while the world is preparing your own stage. Till I pop on your radar again, I remain Oluwafunmilayo OLOWE. Keep up with me in this space. See you later.
