We think that while our love of words is important, our love for ourselves is more vital which is why we are encouraging all of our friends, family and followers to celebrate Wellness Month! There are many ways to enhance our wellbeing: take a coffee break, drink some water, step away from your screen regularly or maybe learn to meditate (still working on that one!). However, wellness can also come from emptying the mind of all the things we have to remember, recall, and rectify on a daily basis. Having a physical word dump (paper or online, your choice!) is a great way of reducing stress levels without forgetting everything you have to do. Whatever works for you - a list, spider diagram, a random scribble or even writing in verse. Whatever you decide, we know you won't regret it! Have you tried this? Does it work for you?
