How many of us have spouses, family, friends, or acquaintances who are front-line healthcare workers whether that be nurses, paramedics, residents, physicians, advanced-practiced providers, or allied health professionals? I can guarantee you’ve been supported at some point in your life by someone on the frontlines of healthcare whether that be when your own health was diminished or when you were caring for someone else. Today, EZRA is announcing a campaign with Simon Sinek that is the first of its kind – a campaign to support and provide 1000 US front-line healthcare workers with access to coaching. We want to provide this resource to an audience that is doing some of the most important and stressful work in the US, an audience who doesn’t always get the development support they need.
