It’s not clear whether the employer will pay at least minimum wage, if the candidate has already graduated and therefore will not get college credit. Yet it is clear this is a job and the person doing it will have duties essential to the #business operations. Education & Academic Achievements    - Included my rank across years in the education table and my achievements over the years (primarily after Class X). 2. Entrepreneurial Ventures    - Added all my achievements related to social media, ROI, website traffic, etc. 3. Case Competitions    - Mentioned notable ones and included cumulative numbers of podium finishes, finalist positions, and prize money. 4. Internships & Live Projects    - Highlighted the significant ones I completed. 5. Positions of Responsibility    - Listed positions from school (one line), undergraduate college, and MBA program. 6. Extra-Curricular Activities    - Mentioned a variety of activities across different types of extracurriculars, such as graphic design, cinematography, music, art, sports, etc. These are things that no one will share. Well lucky youse, Disney Animation's artistic summer internships are now live and just waiting for you to apply to them! And they come in 4 fun flavors including Story, Visdev, and, hold onto your blackwings, 2d Animation Cleanup!!!!! You can find the link to the posts below, but a few quick tips before you click across the interwebs toward them: - Yes, you CAN apply for multiple, simultaneous internships. If you do, just be sure you're bespoking your applications to each role with a specific portfolio relevantly focused to each discipline you're applying for - Yes, we DO welcome international candidates the world over to apply! - Note that there is an application deadline for the role so don't feel pressured to immediately apply. Granted, don't wait til the last sec to do so either, but you have just about 2 months until the deadline if you wanna take some time to finesse and update the ol' portfol. - Capital NOTE: To be eligible for our summer internships, YOU HAVE TO BE A CURRENT STUDENT (specifically, you are enrolled in an academic program pursuing a degree/diploma and are returning to school again in the fall). This is a FIRM requirement for the role, to the point that you are required to include your anticipated graduation date on your resume to apply. Our new BASIC internship started this month. Six former unemployed young people who came into our program learning so much in the next 12 months. We teach our interns many different skills and life lessons. Today we talked in artistry skills training about the design rule of the golden ratio. We looked at our bodies and into nature to find it. Less than a month until I return for my second year at BSU, I got the same mindset as last year along with new goals! First to continue the momentum by staying involve in my current media organizations that such as Ball State Esports and Newslink Indiana. Secondly land my first on campus media jobs and internships, and lastly as well as continue to improve in classes! WHY We Play #TheGAME…. Had a great conversation with a Senior Associate Principal at one of the largest architectural firms in the world…. “The normal HR process is such a gauntlet, especially at larger firms.  We have two or three summer internship positions, and we'll probably get 400-600 applications when the requisition opens up…..With that many people, each one gets at most 30 seconds of review. Having good graphics is the first step, but making sure that someone can understand the THINKING behind your work in 5 seconds a page is critical”……. 30 Second Review up against 500 Applicants for 3 Positions!….You have less than a 1% chance of being selected for the position. When I explain #TheGAME to young architectural students the response is so often.…”I understand what you’re saying but I want to do it the Right Way!”….. Who convinced these people that the right way is to email your portfolio into an HR Portal (Hell’s Gate) and “HOPE” you overcome the odds? In this scenario 497 applicants receive a generic email response and immediately think….”I need to revise my portfolio”…. In the Car Design Industry I’ve talked to people who are on their 4th, 5th version of their portfolio! No! No! No!….
