𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞. The only way we're going to make our economy more just, inclusive and regenerative is by collaborating with other businesses. And it's the principle of collaboration that is at the very heart of JEDI MATTERS Collective and it's why I'm so excited to be welcoming three new businesses to our fold: Bold Bean Co, MOTH Drinks - B Corp™ & Absolute Collagen. As a group of 7 SME's our total collective is now 300 people (equivalent to that of a medium size org). Across our organisations our teams will benefit from the shared learning, resources and mentorship but even more than that the richness that comes by interacting with more people from different backgrounds and perspectives when it comes to understanding more about DE&I. JEDI MATTERS Collective was founded in Feb this year by 4 #SMEs with a vision to bring together the collective power of SMEs to deliver a more Just, Equitable, Diverse & Inclusive society. We are delighted to be able to share that our Collective is growing! In November, Bold Bean Co, Absolute Collagen and MOTH Drinks - B Corp™ joined as new Collective Collaborators. Already this year, the Collective has: 1️⃣ Delivered 5 #JEDI events 2️⃣ Launched a Connections Programme bringing individuals together across organisations to support each other with #Mentoring, shared skills and expertise 3️⃣ Kick started a resources hub on our website Next up: 1️⃣Our inaugural round table on JEDI Recruitment at the end of this month 2️⃣ Wave 2 of our Connections Programme 3️⃣ A new year in person Collective gathering As our Collective grows, we’re looking forward to further collaborating to make our organisations and industries more #Just #Equitable #Diverse & #Inclusive. 🌟 Reflecting on My 21-Day POTD Streak on GFG 🌟 I recently completed a 21-day Post of the Day (POTD) streak on GFG, and I wanted to take a moment to share how this experience has profoundly impacted me. Cultivating Consistency: Committing to daily posts has helped me develop a routine that prioritizes creativity and engagement. It’s amazing what a little consistency can do! Boosting Creativity: Each day presented a new challenge to think outside the box. I found myself exploring diverse topics and ideas that enriched my knowledge and perspective. Strengthening Community Connections: Engaging with fellow members has been one of the highlights of this journey. I’ve learned so much from others and appreciated the feedback and support within our community. Skill Enhancement: Writing and sharing regularly has sharpened my communication skills.
