Preparation is the foundation of a successful interview. Employers can tell if you have prepared, done your research on their company, and that will go a long way. They know you are going to be nervous, but the better you are prepared the easier it will make answering some of the tougher questions.

Typical best practice is 2 minute answers so practice, prepare, practice, prepare.
