Apart from reporting the manager with evidences on why they are “toxic” if they are causing me, others and the company harm (after I’ve tried resolving this with them prior)- If the test is relevant to my role I would do it to the best of my ability which will be well. That proves a point that doesn’t need to be voiced or “tit, tatted”. If it is not relevant to my role I would question it appropriately and if still felt uncomfortable, would ask other peers and seniors if this is part of my role and when others had also done this so I could get suggestions and advice if it was decided I needed to do it. If I really don’t agree with something or someone I will voice it and see it through.
