Did you know nearly 1 in 3 families struggle to afford diapers and diapering supplies? The Utah Diaper Distribution Demonstration Project (UDDRP) is here to make a difference because no family should have to choose between buying diapers and other essentials like food or utilities. This vital program supports families across Utah, helping to alleviate the financial burden of diapering supplies. By providing access to these essential items, we're not just reducing stress over finances; we're also contributing to the health and well-being of young children. How you can help! We alway welcome donations of diapers, diapering supplies and financial contributions. By contributing to UDDRP, you're directly supporting families in need, allowing them to focus on what truly matters - the health and happiness of their children. Donations are accepted at Utah Diaper Bank or LITTLE LAMBS FOUNDATION FOR KIDS INC or you can contribute a financial donation here: https://bit.ly/4attVZ4. If you'd like to make a large financial or supply donation, you can contact CAP Utah Executive Director, Clint Cottam at: clint@caputah.org. Let's come together to support our community's youngest members. Donate today and be a part of the solution!

Heart on Main Street is raising money to help retailers impacted by recent storms throughout the US. In the last two weeks, deadly tornados have affected entire communities and destroyed locally-owned businesses in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa and Texas. This year alone, already hundreds of locally-owned independent retail stores have become victims of natural disasters. These unexpected disasters have affected retailers in every part of the country. While businesses are insured, there is often a gap between the cost of recovery and what they are paid out. This leaves retailers on the hook for thousands of dollars if they want to re-open their store and remain a part of the community. Independent retailers are huge drivers of the local economy and helping these retailers recover brings hope back to these affected communities. They bring a sense of normalcy to areas that have lost so much. We would love to help as many retailers and communities as possible, so, if you are able, please consider making a donation to Heart on Main Street, and help these communities recover. https://lnkd.in/gtdW9Tef
Did you know? Even a small donation can make a big difference in the lives of those impacted by the tornadoes. Here at Heart on Main Street, we believe in the power of community. Join us in supporting the recovery efforts in Oklahoma and Nebraska. Together, we can show the strength and compassion of our retail community. Donate now: https://lnkd.in/g7-tixGe

In the wake of recent disasters in Florida and North Carolina, the need for blood donations is more critical than ever. Lives have been lost and many are struggling with day-to-day survival needs. One impactful way to help is by donating blood. My wife, an O negative universal donor, and I make it a regular practice to donate at our local Red Cross center. I encourage healthcare professionals and disaster relief organizations to spread the word and consider donating. Your contribution can be life-saving for those enduring significant trauma. Every business has a Mission Statement and a set of Core Values, but when it comes time to act upon them, do they step up? . In times of community crisis, that's when we know. Do they make it a marketing play (change the packaging, post a trending rubric to social media) or invest in the cause? Right now, consumers are watching. . The #lawildfires (which are still burning 🔥) are the worst natural disaster in U.S. history. Let that sink in. . It's 2025, a year when there are more billionaires than ever, and the Fortune 500 is bursting with success. It's a good time for businesses to live those VALUES. . Thank you, Adobe and all of the other companies donating much-needed funds to the recovery efforts (Netflix, Comcast, and The Walt Disney Company notably). . This city is strong but we'll be rebuilding for years to come. We need more than volunteers (our city has maxed out volunteers and donation centers ourselves; that's how we care for one another). We need funds. Many neighborhoods are starting from scratch. Entire green spaces and ecosystems must regrow. Local businesses must start anew. . Firefighters are the heroes who saved thousands of lives. Corporate partners are the heroes we need to rebuild so much of what's been lost. . Your employees and customers want to engage with a brand that carries out the values it touts. And they want to be involved but often don't know where to start. Give them opportunities to make an impact. Deliver more than just lip service. . And the ROI isn't just good karma. It's brand loyalty built from kindness. #corporateresponsibility #values #culture

Access to safe drinking water is not just a necessity—it’s a lifeline. Every year, millions of lives are lost to preventable waterborne diseases, and countless others are impacted by a lack of clean water access. By supporting this cause, you’re not only helping to build a well for our children but also ensuring a brighter, healthier future for generations to come. Together, we can combat the cycle of water scarcity and disease, empowering families to thrive with dignity and hope. Your generosity is the catalyst for change that these communities desperately need.https://https://lnkd.in/dB5zGFB9 We’ve raised £255 so far, but we still need your help to reach our goal of £1,200 to complete the safe drinking water facility. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to safeguarding the health and well-being of our children. This is more than a donation—it’s a chance to transform lives and create lasting impact. Join us in this mission by contributing through our GoFundMe page (link in the bio or comments). Together, we can ensure that clean, safe water becomes a reality for those who need it most.
