Fascinating insight into the uneasy geopolitics of south Asia, when coupled with events in Southeast Asia. Haryana and Punjab have Capital Chandigarh in Common. I think Telgu people now have two States one Andhra Pradesh and another Telengana. Can't Hyderbad be made a Union Territory and common capital of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh to save national money ?? Moreover Small Andhra has been divided into two States AP with a population of about 9.0 Crore and Telengana with a population of about 4 Crore for so called real accelerated growth then Uttar Pradesh with large population of about 24 Crore too must have been divided into 3-4 States to give it a real accelerated growth too. Does the Govt not want accelerated growth in Uttar Pradesh in the same way ? Is it really a thought of a Double Engine Sarkar ??

What intrigues me more, however, is the explanation of how Modi's party had lost the majority, despite managing to stay in power.
