The 'social construct ideal' of what a woman or a person should look like to be 'perfect' is a massive problem of our society. First, there is nothing called perfection. The entire concept is a mirage to keep us chasing ghosts in order to feel accepted. Accepted by who? Who are these people whose approval we need to feel beautiful, and love ourselves? Then, what is an amazing figure and so on? Who decides that for individuals? Why do they get to decide? Answer is not easy or simple but it is - the toxic masculinity patriarchal social construct defines what we ought to look like to be considered beautiful and worth being labelled attractive. It is high time we challenge that definition of beauty. Thankfully many powerhouse women are doing that and we just got to keep challenging the social construct and normalize celebrating individuals for who they are.
