Over the last couple of months we have done ScaleUpScans with ventures in Kenya, Ethiopia and Rwanda in collaboration with Systemic Innovation. What can be seen in these results is that the African ventures score higher compared to the baseline when it comes to success factors such as lean operations and dynamic structure. In order areas as ambidextrous leadership, strategy and customer delight there is room for improvement - and we are excited to explore how we can support these scaling ventures on their journey.
