At Papa Diddi's Handcrafted Ice Cream, we've always believed in the power of innovation and listening closely to our beloved customers. We have always been known to come up with new flavors regularly - some did very well, others just ok, but what we did not realize until recently after diving deep into our consumer observation info is that our patrons already embraced the regular launches as they expect new ones every time they walk in: best captured by this usual question to our Sorbeteros when they come in: Ano Bago? That's why I am thrilled to share that we shifted our model on flavor introduction and from now on, we will have Weekly Flavor Drop - a new flavor every week, and only for a limited time. Product drops are not new but are usually used for fashion brands. So now we are using it for our ice cream. Observing closely how your customers interact with your brand matters.
