Great write up Alex Burke . The challenge in advice from my observations is possibly the lack of consistent process to get to a specific regulatory obligation. It’s really hard to create or train and AI engine if your process is different every time you do it. To Dante De Gori, CFP® ‘s point - the number of members who would show us their “efficient“ process and you’d look at 3 client files which had all followed different processes to get to the regulatory obligation that you’d be left scratching your head about where the efficiency was. Mass market might be easier to solve to begin with than the professional end.
