Many are struggling with fundamental subjects and lack clarity about their career paths. However, there was a standout exception—one college where students had completed a year of On-Job Training (OJT). These students demonstrated exceptional clarity about their careers, showed a deep understanding of their desired job roles, and exuded confidence about their future growth in the industry. This experience underscores the immense value of hands-on training and real-world experience in shaping a student's professional trajectory. It’s a compelling reminder that practical exposure can bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry readiness.
