Here's how it works: 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗺𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻: Soothing sounds can lower stress hormones and make you feel relaxed, like taking a warm bath for your ears. 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲: Annoying sounds can keep you awake.
