Body Practice with Flowers: If you notice a part of your body is not fully well and in your inner awareness is not opening up, here is a practice. Select a flower that calls you. Touch the flower gently. Feel and sense into it. If there is sunlight you will internally sense a vibration and tiny inner movement within the flower as it reaches out towards the sun. Sensorially feel it. Next place your awareness within the part of body that is not opening up and place a portion of your awareness within that vibration of flower as it reaches towards sun. Wait and Wait. Ask the body part to imitate the vibration of flower as it reaches to its Sourse. Slowly your body will also open to the Source above your head and open up on its own to more healing. You can do this several times a day when you cross the plant or remember and go to the flower and do this practice.
