Tip for Product Managers: be incredibly specific about what you worked on. - the product name - the internal tool category and what it accomplished - the audience for the product/ tool - the business impact of any digital transformation you supported When we support a team in hiring a product manager, they often want someone who has worked on/ accomplished something similar. How specific? Stuff like: - they decoupled monoliths/ legacy systems into microservices - they created a single-account experience from multiple disjointed accounts - they created new features for a developer tool - they're experts in creating internal tools and automations for FinOps teams If those details aren't in your profile (with common variations of keywords), recruiters won't find you.
