We’ve designed an internship program that immerses participants in meaningful work, turning classroom theories into real-world practice. Our 2024 cohort comprised 25 students from nine colleges and universities. These emerging young professionals just wrapped up three engaging months working across our family of companies – Johnson Development Associates, Inc., American Credit Acceptance, and OTO Development. Many are heading back to school now for the fall semester while some who were seniors have accepted full-time roles with us.
