One of the previous participants of our Personal Impact and Influence programme said: 'This was the best course I have ever done. It was run by an engaging team who drew out of me strengths and talents that I had not previously acknowledged.' Take part in this course and you could feel the same benefits, developing your flexibility to different situations and increase your self-awareness. https://lnkd.in/eYqUsxGF

Today's #SundayStory is a reminder that you often set your own limits.... It's also a #LeadershipAthlete appreciation post and one-to-watch alert ⚠️ Kathleen Rinfret (Katie) is a rising star I had the privilege of meeting and contracting to work with me for SLG Impact during the Pandemic and beyond. She has remarkable abilities to adapt, remain resilient, think and plan strategically, execute with excellence and lead quietly with grace. She's also self-aware, eager to grow and evolve, and an absolute joy to work with and around. If I'm picking a squad, Katie's in the lineup! She will find a way to slay any challenge she puts in front of herself and she's wise enough to know when and how to seek guidance. Her name and photo are synonymous with Curious Coachable Leader. Want evidence? When we first met I was just starting my podcast content series and needed a video editor. I asked her if she can do that. She said yes and did a bang up job for nearly two years.💥 It was only then that she revealed she said yes AND taught herself how to edit video on the fly 🙌 Here's the thing #LEADERS: she did answer my initial question truthfully. She later told me - "you asked "can you?" - and I figured - I can teach myself how to, so yes I can do it!" She did that and more with me for the podcast and the client work we did together. I'm grateful she's still a got-to for me for needed input and feedback. That's what I'm talking about!! Keep this in mind as you prepare for and attack the week ahead, Leaders: YOU OFTEN SET YOUR OWN LIMITS Kathleen - Thank you deeply for the impact you have had and continue to have on me. You're a real one and I appreciate you heaps. Keep shining and always count me as your encourager. #coaching #consulting #impact #slgimpact #leadership #leader #LeadershipAthletes #evolving #coach #consultant

I’m so happy to be a part of the First Draft Class of #LeadershipAthletes ! I'm so proud of the work Shauna Griffiths is doing with SLG Impact and I couldn't be more honored that she asked me to be a part of it! ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ “This is a mindset, a practice, a way of operating and showing up every day - for yourself, others, the companies you touch, and the greater good. It’s a way of leading by example, authentically and with intention. You're in training to better yourself every day so you can maximize your contribution and impact. You compete mostly with yourself to improve, and you collaborate with others to progress and excel. You stay true to your authentic self, values, and purpose. You keep putting yourself out there, shooting your shot, trying new things, learning, growing, and evolving.”

Are you a Jack of all trades or a master of none? According to Oscar Wilde, there are only two kinds of people who are truly fascinating - those who know everything and those who know nothing. Which one are you? As we navigate our personal and professional lives, it's important to acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses. Embrace your areas of expertise and seek to learn more about the topics that interest you. Remember, there's always something new to discover and someone new to learn from. #knowledgeispower #oscarwilde #lifelonglearning

🪬 Connect & Follow for holistic leadership strategy education for conscious leaders & organizations looking to acheive sustainable and positive global impact.
🙋🏽♀️You KNOW that you are ready to invite your inner Queen to outdoor recess! Of course she wants to come out and be seen. Just as the back-to-school season starts up for lots of little humans, this is also the season where so many women get stuck letting everyone else head back into new learning and hanging back because we don’t always know where to continue our grown-ass queen education. 🤷🏽♀️ Of course it’s skeery to put yourself out there [again] and to learn new ways of doing business [again] - ; AND when you can manage to pull it off, the payoff is everything. As an executive leadership coach and educator, it can be an easy [read ~ lazy! or fear-based!] fix to let everyone else do their deep work while you sip water at the back of the room and tell yourself that you already did this work- even if it was way back when… and so it’s more honest and brave to do the work again for today, for the you of this moment. I have recognized that I need to tap into new edgy ways of operating in my business daily - balancing self- and team leadership with personal development [my own, as well as supporting my team members in their development] - as well as actually accomplishing all the tasks at hand on any given day. With a method, mentorship, and a custom set of my own Queen Codes, I am having fun and en fuego 🔥 for the back-to-school wave of new learning - and you smart and sassy grown-ass boss babes in my world may want to hop on board and build off this momentum to do some chill co-creation ~ just a little reminder that bodies in motion stay in motion. As I am taking new action, I can assure you it’s more fun to come along for your own ride. Let’s chat about what’s the most important piece for you right now in your business and life project and where my Queen Codes toolkit can help you AS SOON AS YOU WANT TO MOVE. From Through the Looking Glass (1871, Lewis Carroll) ~ “‘I can believe impossible things,’ said the [ your name HERE ] Queen. ‘I practice it every day.’” #QueenCodes #MindsetMatters #SuccessMindset #PersonalGrowth #Empowerment #WomenEmpowerment #GoalSetting #CelebrateWins #PositiveVibes #GOTime #LFG #onlinecoach #businesscoach #onlinecoaching #bizcoach #womeninbusiness #womeninbiz #fempreneur #femaleentrepreneur #savvyCEO #confidence #onlinecoachforwomen

In my view, talent alone doesn't suffice. It's unsettling to observe the haphazard approach of some young creatives, lacking wisdom in their words and actions. They simply speak and act without direction or insight. As creatives, guidance is essential. Mentors provide invaluable wisdom, while strategic planning and hands-on learning refine your craft. Dedicate yourself to mastering your art and delve into its nuances. Yours in Service Egbo John

Improving how businesses and people work to deliver value. Embedding and delivering lasting outcomes. Author. Conference Speaker and guest University lecturer on Strategy &, Critical Thinking.
Red Team Thinking helps you to gain better insight on how the future or your plans could unfold. We live in rapidly changing times. Today as a sign of how things have changed I visited the Glienicker Brücke, formerly the border between West Germany and the Eastern Bloc DDR and scene of many cold war exchanges. I know many families divided by that era. We still live in rapidly changing times, in the two weeks I've been in Germany we've had 1. An assassination attempt. 2. A new British PM 3. The UK Convervative party suffering its biggest ever defeat 3. The resignation of the Labour Welsh First Minister. 4. A US senator convicted of bribery 5. Chinese troops in Belarus conducting military exercises next to the Ukranian border and an escalation threatened. 6. England coming second in the UEFA cup without it being a controversial penalty or VAR decision that everyone argues over. How confident are you about what will happen next? #criticalthinking #redteamthinking
I am so thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the Red Team Coaching course we launched nearly two years ago in partnership with our friends at Coaching.com. 🎊 Today, some 70 coaches from around the world 🌍 graduated 🧑🎓 from the fourth and final level of this intensive training program, earning their Gold certification🏅by demonstrating their mastery of the core concepts of #redteamthinking and their ability to use 24 different RTT tools and techniques 🛠️. These women and men are going to help a lot of leaders and a lot of organizations engage #criticalthinking 🧠, create #psychologicalsafety 🛟, and develop the #reslience 💪 necessary to navigate today's #vucaworld 🌎. It has been a privilege share what I know with them all and to have learned so much from them as well. Thanks and congratulations to you all! 🎉 I especially want to thank our volunteer facilitators who played such an important role in making this final course such a success: Andy Burke, André Daus, Traci Fisher, Diego Hangartner, Scott Henderson, Christina Lindberg, Jennifer T. Long, Peter Lyddon, DC Maxwell, Devin Pipkin, Lori (Hess) Tompos, and Dr Toomas Särev 🏆. You all demonstrated your ability to successfully lead formal #redteaming analyses, which is no small task. You are all rockstars! 🎸 I also want to thank my entire team for helping make this program such a huge success: Alvit Perez Calero, Jeffrey Quinn, Gretchen Meyer, Sara King, Stevie Schenk, Mark Kiehlmann, and especially Rashmir Balasubramaniam, my co-instructor and co-creator of this course 🙏. Ever since I founded Red Team Thinking back in 2015, I have dreamed of creating a global army of red teamers that can help leaders and organizations not only survive but thrive in this increasingly challenging world. We've got that now, and I can't wait to see what we can do together 🚩 Onward!

Thank You, Bryce Hoffman and all of my fellow Red Teamers. The last two years of Red Team Coaching training has been engaging, mind-expanding, and has exceeded all expectations. The power of these methods and tools to quickly neutralize groupthink and cognitive bias while liberating the wisdom hidden in individual heads for more effective decision-making is nothing less than extraordinary. Looking forward to the next chapter! #redteamingworks #trusttheprocess #appliedcriticalthinking #unleasheddecisionmaking #RedTeamThinking
