U.S. News & World Report has once again ranked our graduate program as one of the nation's best! The ISE program was recently ranked No. 23 among the 2024 Best Public Graduate Programs. U.S. News and World Report, which ranks graduate programs nationally each spring, designated Auburn Engineering No. 31 among public institutions when its annual list was released in June. Auburn Engineering’s graduate programs continued its upward trajectory in the annual rankings among public institutions, climbing 10 spots in the past five years. Auburn Engineering’s graduate programs were ranked No. 5 overall in the Southeastern Conference and, again, No. 1 in the state. #Auburn #EngineeringExcellence

Meet our host and consortium partner Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers. 🔬 Icam, established in 1898, is a prestigious school of engineering with thirteen campuses across France and abroad. With over 6,000 students, apprentices, and trainees, Icam stands out as a significant institution in higher education. 🏢 Icam is structured into three main areas: higher education and research, vocational training, and services to businesses. Annually, more than 750 generalist engineers graduate from Icam’s French campuses, with nearly half of them completing apprenticeships. 🔧 Icam provides a comprehensive array of services to companies, including R&D, multidisciplinary studies, design and production of special machines, and testing. The Purdue University College of Engineering has achieved its highest-ever disciplinary graduate rankings according to the U.S. News & World Report. Reputational rankings released today show our largest yearly performance increase across all disciplines; most-ever disciplines in the top 5 (three) and top 10 (nine); and five best-ever rankings (in EE, CompE, MSE, EEE, and AAE). Among standouts, ABE is No. 1 in its discipline for the fourth consecutive year, AAE is No. 2, and CE is No. 5. Here we go again. The US News and World Report's annual college rankings are out. I think you know where I stand on rankings by now. The Cal Poly Pomona College of Engineering ranks #10 among universities where a doctorate is not offered. Additionally, CPP Engineering is #4 in Civil, #3 in Computer, #4 in Electrical and #8 in Mechanical. There is no doubt that these are phenomenal rankings for one of the largest, most diverse Colleges of Engineering in the nation, and the rankings are a testament to the great work being done across the College. Overall, California State Polytechnic University-Pomona ranks #3 among regional universities in the west - another phenomenal result. Talking about doing the right thing from my last "rankings" post: The ranking that I am most proud of at this university in this ranking cycle is being named the #2 Best College for Veterans. And, our sister school to the north, California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, was ranked #1. We proudly support our #veterans and are proud of their service and commitment. In university we deserve an entire course called "Career Engineering" which outlines all the techniques to grow as a professional and to treat your career as an engineering and design challenge. And yes, it should be mandatory.

Maryland Engineering: #16 in the Country for Undergraduate Engineering! The A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland ranks #16 among the country’s colleges and universities in undergraduate engineering programs, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2024–25 rankings of more than 200 degree programs.
