🌟 Unlocking the Future of Fabrics with Transfar Chemicals' Interchain Locking Technology 🌟 Guess what kind of fabric combines the comfort of cotton, the toughness of polyester, the luxury of wool, and the delicacy of silk? Yes, it's Lyocell Tencel! But this amazing fabric faces challenges like fibrillation and pilling during processing and wear. At Transfar Chemicals, we have the solution: Interchain Locking Technology. This innovative approach acts like an invisible lock, and strengthens fiber bonds, preventing fibrillation. The result? Lyocell fabrics that stay smooth, retain their appearance, and withstand washing without added steps. Our technology is easy to use, with no extra steps, and can be applied in the same bath as dyeing. The benefits are clear: improved resistance to washing, reduced deformation, smooth touch, and lasting appearance. It's a game-changer for woven, knitted, and blended fabrics, ensuring that clothes stay fresh and new with every wear. Thanks to our continuous R&D and expertise, we're enhancing Lyocell fibers and driving the textile industry towards a more sustainable, high-quality future. #TextileInnovation #SustainableFabrics #Lyocell #TransfarChemicals #R&D #Innovation #Sustainability

Our innovator Deven Supercriticals joins forces with H&M Group and Arvind Limited to test the innovator’s SUPRAUNO technology for fabric “waterless” dyeing, utilising Supercritical CO2 to reduce energy, water, and chemical use. The partnership aligns with the brand’s goals to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 56% and reduce freshwater consumption by 30% in the supply chain by 2030. By investing in the innovator’s technology, these companies are not only looking to revolutionise their own operations but also to inspire other players in the fashion industry to follow suit. “We are very grateful to H&M Group and Arvind Ltd., for this path-breaking collaboration towards the implementation of our innovative, waterless dyeing and finishing technology Suprauno, on commercial scale. Suprauno allows waterless dyeing of various natural and man-made textiles as well as their blends, using conventional dyes and their tri-chrome recipes. This results in saving not only water and energy but also hazardous chemicals, thus effectively preserving the environment and health.” — Dr. Swapneshu Baser, Ph. This project is among my favorites as it demonstrates how design lies at the core of circularity. And that developing innovative solutions throughout the value chain requires immense creativity. What does TPU have to do with trucks and bags? Discover it here 👇 #TPUnlimited #CircularEconomy
Did you know the design phase is where sustainability truly begins? 🌱 In collaboration with FREITAG and Heytex Group we worked on developing high-performance, #FullyCircular thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) truck tarps. These tarps are designed to be recycled multiple times and support #CircularEconomy goals. This initiative is part of our broader commitment to integrate more sustainable principles into product design from the outset. 🤝 Our Desmopan® TPU range is a fitting material for these innovative tarps, offering weather resistance, low-temperature endurance, and adherence to high sustainability standards. 👉 Discover more about tarps, yarn, artificial leather and nonwoven applications here: https://lnkd.in/evgdnNXa #TPUnlimited #MaterialSolutions #TextileInnovation
