As we all know primary education begins at home, it's a duty to our parents to look after their child or children in every possible manner. As everything is getting changed, the meaning of career is modified now. According to us, beside a student, parents also need some kind of guidance so that they are able to understand what is to do. As a parent, one nurtures his or her child from the very beginning. So it's very easy for them to observe their child's interests, his or her potentials. Instead of suppressing their inner potentials, the parents need to encourage their wards and show them the right path. The first thing they do is to OBSERVE their child and think about their LIKINGS and PERSEVERANCE on it. Try to LISTEN them. Why they want to pursue this as their career, listen. Don't DISCOURAGE them. Keep patience. Make a healthy conversation with them. Don't be rigid to them. Most importantly parents need to break the societal BARRIERS so that they will become the support system of their children. So try to know about the career options and this is where we will guide and support you. Actually parent's immense support led a child to achieve his goal. If the parents don't think freely, it becomes difficult for an aspirant to follow the uneven path. To learn more, please watch this video: https://lnkd.in/e-H78Xgk

Diving into the heart of student dropout reveals a story not of single causes, but of a complex web of challenges. It's not just one issue that nudges students out the door but a tapestry of personal, institutional, and societal threads. From financial hurdles and academic struggles to mental health battles, these personal factors weave tightly with institutional obstacles like lack of faculty support, lackluster curriculum, and a daunting feeling of not fitting in. But the plot thickens as societal views and pressures pile on, amplifying feelings of isolation and not being enough. The stigma of dropping out isn't just a label; it's a shadow that dims motivation and the drive to push through hardships. We're peeling back the layers to understand and change this narrative. Because every student's journey matters. Let's start the conversation and make change happen. #StudentSuccess #EducationReform #BeyondDropout #AcademicSupport #MentalHealthAwareness #InstitutionalChange #SocietalPerception
