Exciting update: I’ve completed about 20% of my book, which is a comprehensive guide to Neurodivergent Inclusion and Positive Work Culture from recruitment to employment exit. The outline is fully fleshed out, and I’ve finished the Foreword, Introduction, and the first 3 chapters (out of 11, plus a conclusion). I’m now looking to interview: a) 9 more Neurodivergent workers to share their employment experiences. b) 12 people from TA/HR teams who have implemented intentional inclusion strategies for the neurodivergent in recruitment/talent attraction & talent management. c) 3 CEOs or C-level executives who are committed to providing neuroincludive work experiences and environments for their people. If you’re interested in participating, please reach out via message or comment below! 😊 #HR #EmployerBrand #Recruitment #TalentManagement #InclusionatWork #HRTech

Thanks all. This weekend I made it through Chapter 7 of writing. I have a few chapters left before I get to adding the visuals and integrating interviews, but making great progress and I expect be finished prior to September 1st. When it’s released depends on publishing, obviously, but I’m excited to share this with you. I have this planned as the first of two books on the topic of neurodivergence at work. This initial book is for employers/HR/TA/business professionals. The second one is planned for 2025 and is a resource for neurodivergent individuals with tools, techniques and strategies to help advocate for adjustments and m improve satisfaction at work. I appreciate everyone who has volunteered to talk with me so far and there is room for more between the two books! Have a great rest of your weekend.

Update: Thank you to EVERYONE who has reached out and expressed interest in participating. I've now completed the educational and case study portions of the book, so am ready to begin scheduling interviews. If you've not already reached out or scheduled a time to talk directly through my scheduling link (message me if you need it), then please send a message with the best email to reach you. My research assistant, Michael, will be reaching out to you in the next two weeks to get interviews set up. Again, I thank you and appreciate your willingness to help improve the world of work for all neurotypes.

Aylin Abdullah, you could definitely contribute to this and how you’d hidden it for most of your career until someone pestered you to speak up 😆😆 Crystal, Aylin is one of my fave humans and can give you a Brit perspective too 💛

Danielle Biddick, I think this is something you could support and/or learn more about. Crystal is a seasoned TA expert. Should be a positive connection!

Congrats! Wishing you much success!
