You can modify the water and make it fun & delicious - try HOMEMADE INFUSED WATER 😋😻🙌🏼 Infused waters are super easy to make and is essentially just normal water with added fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs. 🌿 🥒 Essentially ANY fruit or herb should work – it’s fun to play around if you’re feeling adventurous! That said, an easy place to start is with citrus fruits, and refreshing herbs, like mint. 🚨The BEST way to know if you’re getting enough water is to the colour of your urine. If it’s a very pale yellow or clear, then you’re drinking enough. If it’s dark and you’re not going very frequently, it’s time to drink up!
