Great to catch up with my old school classmate, Ajibola, CEO of Champ Homes and Interior!
We reminisced about old times, but also had a fascinating conversation about business and investment strategies. His insights on the industry were truly enlightening.
It's amazing to see how far we've both come since our school days. I'm proud to call him a friend and a fellow entrepreneur.
Here's to supporting each other's ventures and making even more memories together!

The belief that will separate whether you succeed as an entrepreneur or whether you're going to be a statistic...
I had a call with a client last week and she let me know that she was really afraid of going out of business.
Her comment was - I think I'm going to be one of those businesses that fail in 5 years.
My response: Failure is totally optional.
The most challenging part about being an entrepreneur is to not let yourself get confused by the "reality" in front of you.
It can look like business is hard, things are slow, the economy is "bad", your team is giving you a hard time, there's not enough money, you're got lots of debt...
That is a very easy thing to believe but the truth is that the the life we have in front of us is an illusion.
It doesn't matter what we have today where we are.
Today is a result of what we thought in the past, it's the manifestation of our previous thinking
So if we want to create something new we need to change our thinking but the problem is that sometimes it takes some time to get caught up to us.
We can uplevel our thinking, we can improve but most often there's going to be a lag between the results of the new thinking taking over the old thinking.
So we look at the "reality" of our situation and we think that that is our destiny.
It's not.
In any moment we can get busy creating something new.
The key to surviving as an entrepreneur is not to be a master of the mechanics but to be a master of your mind.
Can you believe in the future of what you're creating more than what you see in front of you?
Can your vision be more real than your current reality?
