Most business owners don’t need to work harder. It’s easy to “work hard” from 8 am to 6 pm. It’s hard to “not work” and give space to find a new way of doing things.

How to Communicate with Confidence. 1. Love and Leadership. This is the way you give people love followed by leadership. Now, people are more receptive to your advice when you’ve done that. 2. Tonality. Your tone plays a bigger part than what you’re actually saying. There are up (pleasing), natural (confident) and down tone (authority). Each one of these tones plays a different role. Make sure that you use a neutral tone to deliver with courtesy but confident. 3. Silence. This is one of the most powerful techniques you can ever use in any negotiation or sales conversation. less is more. Reason why accounting and advisory practice got stuck. They are doing the right thing at the wrong phase. Let me explain. Starting Phase: You will aim to make $30,000 per month. You will do whatever it takes to get clients, offering any services you are good at to trade your time for money. Growing phase: You will try to make $80,000 per month. This is when you need to set up your business with marketing, sales, and delivery systems and hire some people to support so the business can run by itself. Scaling Phase: You will aim to make $150,000 per month.. To do this, you need to create systems with SOP and checklists so that your team can run their own departments using your system. Beyond Anything above $150,000 per month is all about turning yourself into a recruiting and training machine. Deploy the right energy into the right phase..
