We made it to the Texas Restaurant Association show and picked up on a few hot trends! 1. While Traditional Texas BBQ ‘ain't going nowhere’- we did see modern twists & global influences! 2. Being online is table-stakes for restaurant owners AI received some interest, sure. But the main focus was on how to have: ‣ a strong digital presence ‣ streamlined ordering channels 3. Catering for all! We saw an uptick in smaller restaurant chains seeking out the Let's Do Delivery booth. Why? Big brands are seeing a ton of success- There’s a catering boom going on & the "mom & pops" want a share of the market! My perspective: There's a slice of the catering pie for everyone!
