3wYes, operational research improves health care services. Only when done locally. There are something that can be generalisable within a district or province. But major part of operations of healthcare is local context based. This part can not be generalised. Research done by universities or institutions far away from context fail to provide any actionable policies. Thus local institutions are best to implement such research.
