Optimism for 2025!?!?!!! -  I have talked to a number of executives over the last 6 to 8 weeks and the consistent theme of those conversations is that businesses are taking actions now, to be in a strong position to succeed in 2025. After a year that has been soft across the country, it is refreshing to see positive action being taken:  ·      Key executive positions being filled ·      Demand side initiatives to accelerate growth ·      Funding programs to clean-up fulfillment issues for increased demand ·      Capital spending to expand fulfillment networks The totality of these actions is a leading indicator of good things to come. All this movement is not on just one thing, it is broad based. Executives are looking at their organizations and taking actions on the most important moves that they must take to win in 2025. They are coming to play, and they intend to win.
