Local services rely heavily on property taxes to fund schools, emergency services, and infrastructure. Abolishing these taxes without a solid plan to replace the revenue is risky and could jeopardize the well-being of our communities. Why It Matters: Essential Services: Property taxes fund crucial services that our communities depend on daily. Financial Stability: Removing this revenue source without a clear alternative plan creates uncertainty and potential funding gaps. Impact on Communities: Rural areas, in particular, could suffer significantly from the loss of property tax revenue. Learn More: https://buff.ly/3AgFZjn

Accepting higher taxes on: 1. Short-term capital gains - 20% 2. Long-term capital gains - 12.5% 3. No indexation benefit on Real Estate 4. Increased securities transaction tax, etc. One way or another we get used to the higher taxes, and we fulfill our duty. But since the past week , our Financial Capital floods after just 15 minutes of rain, highlighting a pressing need for change. The responsibility of utilizing these taxes effectively lies with you. We need: 1. Efficient drainage systems in every city 2. Durable, pothole-free roads 3. Robust healthcare facilities 4. Streamlined traffic management systems As taxpayers, we adhere to the rules. But we also have the right to demand better infrastructure and services. Letโs push for the improvements our taxes should fund. ======= Follow me (Ved Sayande) as I make your money work harder for you.

What guarantees exist that tenants will not be displaced after the "affordability period expires?
