Everyone should walk away from a negotiation with a win. It isn’t a zero-sum game. Approaching negotiation that way might give you short-term victories. Loved the Cape to Cape 2024! Some of the best trails I’ve ridden in a long time. Four days of incredible riding with friends in and around the beautiful Margaret River. Coming in undertrained meant that I had to work smart to get my desired result (top 100). So many parallels to draw from these events to building a #business. 🌬️You have to do the work but you can sit in a group and get pulled a long sometimes. 🙏You have to do the work but you can be thankful when the trail suits your style better than the competition. 💡You have to do the work but you can get good results without putting in as much work as the competition if you are more strategic. Very stoked with my end result of 69th overall and 20th in category. #leadership #founders #entrepreneurship
