HLTH Europe 2024: A Thriving Hub for European Healthcare (with a Norwegian Twist!) HLTH Europe 2024 wrapped up a highly successful first year, solidifying its position as a central meeting point for the European healthcare ecosystem. Over 3,400 attendees, including health systems/providers, health tech companies from across the globe, pharmaceutical giants, investors, and support networks, convened in Amsterdam for a packed program of conferences, networking events, and presentations. The conference boasted a truly international reach, with organizations from over 50 countries participating. This year, Norway was well-represented by innovative companies like Convene, Mode Sensors, Inform Life, Whereby, Deepinsight, DIPS, Kernel, and Myworkout. The pan-European focus and the energy from attendees set the stage for future growth, leaving many excited about the upcoming HLTH USA conference and the prospect of HLTH Europe becoming an annual event. 🔦 Looking back at 2023 and event calendar 2024   🤝The MedtechPartners foundation experienced a productive year in 2023, marked by 7 meetings where 26 innovation teams presented their ideas. Expert partners closely monitored inquiries for assistance, resulting in over 160 successful matches. Facilitated by Value Vouchers granted by Health~Holland, collaborations for further development prospered.   🏥PontesNL played a crucial role in helping innovation teams and innovation managers in hospitals. Encouraging collaboration between hospitals and businesses, clarifying shared expectations and contributions.   We are gratified by our contribution to the advancement of the innovation teams and the improved alignment of clinical needs with technological developments. The core principle is that if you want to shift the whole system at one time, you must be able to think the way the whole system thinks. Using microcosms – real subsets of the larger group that represent all the ‘voices’ of the organisation – in the overall change process is one of the features of the Whole Scale approach that allows leaders – and the organisation – to think and see the ‘whole system’. The microcosm contains the essential DNA of the whole organisation. The best way to change a system is to engage the whole system.
