I recently conducted a survey on voicemail listening habits among clients, revealing key insights for recruiters making calls:
😍 54% (Listen immediately): Highly responsive and proactive clients who prioritise timely communication, ensuring quick callbacks and efficient follow-ups for recruiters.
😁10% (Listen weekly): Clients who manage their time methodically, setting specific times for tasks like checking voicemails. Recruiters may experience delays, but can eventually expect feedback.
😊 25% (Expect another call): Clients are less likely to respond to voicemails, requiring persistent follow-ups for effective engagement.
🙄 10% (Never listen): The least reliable segment for voicemail communication, prompting the need for alternative methods like emails or direct calls to reach them.
Big thanks to everyone in my network who contributed to generating this valuable data. Understanding these habits is crucial for recruiters to tailor their communication strategies, ensuring effective engagement and timely responses.

1moThank you for sharing this. Interesting that the preferred term is “older people”. I have been using “older adults” so good to update my terminology. I look forward to sharing with my students too. Well done, very helpful ⭐️
